Excellent Hosts, beautiful views, nice and private pool area. The hosts live next door, however we had our privacy; in fact, you dont notice they are there. We were 4 of us and had access to the 1st floor only (3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and the kitchen). Washing machine is in the garage, but its not a problem.

The panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside were incredible. We also love the expansive grounds which includes rest areas, children’s play, stables and viewpoints. The staff were also very polite and helpful, including when our car had a puncture. Special shout-out to Fernando and Lorenzo for helping us out in that regard.

The location is perfect for families. The apartments are spacious and clean. The view Is amazing, there is a playground, 2 sweet donkeys and a very nice pool. This agriturismo Is part of the complex Diacceroni which Is 8 minutes far by car and the restaurant and buffet nights are super recomended.

Photos on booking.com do not reflect reality - in reality it's even better! There are more spectacular views from the terrace and rooms are way lighter! Absolutely marvelous Tuscany feeling, relaxing and calm environment, beautiful surroundings and garden where you can find a shadow when there is too much of a sunlight. Fully equipped premises, large rooms, large terrace, comfy beds. Washing machine available as well. Pool was clean and big enough for three apartments. One part of pool specially safe for kids. Enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice owner and neighbor who took good care of us and even offered fresh vegetables directly from the garden. Within 1km there is a small village Villamagna and many other nice Tuscany style villages in a driving distance, like Ghizzano. Volterra is very close as well, and you can see it actually, if you take a walk along the road. Also, you may find wineries and breweries nearby. Highly recommended if you are looking for real Tuscany feelings, relaxing holidays, and escape from crowded tourism places (those you can easily reach in a driving distance). :)

The feeling of and « old castle ». Very good territory. Welcoming host. Oil production owned by the hosts which is nearby and you can buy amazing local staff.

It is a good looking and comfortable two room apartment. The double bed is large and has a really stiff mattress, which was very good for my back. The bathroom has a huge shower. There's an additional closet with a washing machine. The kitchen has all of the useful amenities. Outside there's a terrace with a table and a grill area with a foosball table. The farm is just behind the fence, but we weren't interrupted by any loud farm work. A short walk uphill they have the herd of cows and some hairy pigs - our daughter loved it. You can buy some local products (like wine or olive oil) from the owners. With the addition of a swimming pool I strongly recommend the place!
