The owners were very nice. The rooms are tucked away in the forest which means you get a forest you. there is not bath in your room, just a toilet so you need to bathe in the onsen. Which is pretty small so limited to 5 people. Meals are good. Ours were served in a private room which was great. the staff did everything to make us comfortable. it was a nice getaway within our holidays.
