It is a lovely home, not far from the train station, and Natalya is a wonderful hostess. I booked the first room but actually stayed in the second room, and it was excellent! Very clean and comfortable, cozy and private. My stay couldn’t have been better.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in Tokyo, Natalia offers incredible hospitality and care for guests. She speaks perfect Japanese, English, Russian. The rooms are spacious. Coffee, green tea, sugar, microwave, walk, wardrobe, comfortable sofa bed (sofa), fast Wi-Fi (Zoom and corporate VPN works fine) is available inside the room. It's great that you can check in and then leave completely on your own. The bathroom and toilet are perfectly clean and with very expensive new plumbing. Separately, I note that it is possible to wash and dry things in a typewriter by agreement with Natalia. And, yes, there is also a great new air conditioner - I was happy that there were no problems with the climate in the room. Separately, I note my gratitude for the advice on what to visit interesting in Japan. There is an excellent convenience store Seven Eleven near the metro station, or you can also ask Natalya for the location of another cooler supermarket, it is on the other side and not around the clock.

Private room with lots of storage. Didn't feel cramped althought it's quite small. Very quiet location next to a cheap innovative thrift store.

It's nice place to stay, whether with family, friends or solo. The distance was reasonable and affordable to the train station or convenient/ supermarket/ shop. Just the train line does not really cover the JR line. Bit far from the main station which is mostly covered under JR line. But it is still easy access to reach your destination, just an extra step.

RC Annex was a nice fit for my family of 5. It had all the necessities we would need like utensils, couches, enough area for our luggage. It was also accessible to central Tokyo but it takes a while (30 mins via blue line). Host was also easy to talk to and very responsive re: all our inquiries esp during check in. The area was also very nice as its mostly residential buildings, some dining options.

Easy access to public transport. A little far from a lot of things but that is because Toyko is unbelievable immense. And I was prepared for the shear size of the city. We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation alot.

How close it was to the train station, 7-elevens, and other facilities to get a quick bite late at night, the room was spacious, very clean, and had all the stuff we needed for the cold days (extra pillows and blankets), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the place was a nice touch since we were planning on buying our own, overall a great place to stay. Also, the area of Itabashi was very safe to walk late at night when we were returning from a day in central Tokyo.
