Around 20 minutes' walking distance from Hakata Station. There is hot water, but it took time to adjust. There are Aeon groceries, Family Mart and Sunny for grocery shopping. Quite neighbourhood, but it tends to get a bit noisy at night, but I still have a good sleep as I'm too tired 😅. The owner is very responsive to any query. The room is quite spacious for solo travellers but not double occupancy if you're muslim as the space is limited. You have to open close your bag for praying. There are balconies in the room. Overall, it was a good stay for me.

Stayed for 3 nights at this self-maned hotel and everything is perfect! Checkin is simple and quick. Room is clean, spacious and equipped with kitchenette, washing machine and dryer rack in shower room. 12 hangers and a big bin (few small bins as well) are provided. There is a coin operated carpark right next to the hotel.

My stay was lovely - a short walk from Hakata station, I was able to store my bags before check-in, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to meet other travelers during my stay in the common room downstairs.
