The hostess (I feel terrible that I forgot her name) was very welcoming and friendly. We had several long conversations about Japanese food and she had several suggestions. The nearby udon place she suggested was incredible. I also got a free upgrade to a private room for the second night, which was very nice.

Wonderful revival of the old bath house as a cafe and the former owner's residence as a guesthouse in the historical street of Tadotsu. We enjoyed the stylish place and the new onsen-style bathroom with a ceramic tub. Comfortable beds and complete privacy at the guesthouse.
