It is well located if you want to experience both Boka-Kotorska bay, Tivat and Budva, and change beaches. This goes only if you have a car!!! No supermarket/shop or caffe in walking distance, it is somehow isolated but that is great advantage if you have a car. It is very peaceful place for good night rest without any noise. The place is surrounded with lot of greenery so temperature is few degrees lover then the rest of seaside, very pleasant. The owners are very pleasant, decent and forthcoming. Apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with nice and big terrace. Great for morning coffee or late night drinks.

it was in the nature, you wake up with forest view and bird sings. Has good location for reaching to Kotor, Tivat, Budva and shopping centers for a few minutes with car. They were friendly. Room was clean, bed is comfortable. Windows of room has swatter. Thank you.

The owners were very welcoming and helped us with all our asks. The villa is located around the same distance from Budva and Kotor, Tivat is the closest city. But think of renting a car if you plan to visit the cities around. There is a shop 50m away and a very good restaurant 500m away. You can be sure that the owners won’t disturb you during your stay

From the moment we arrived, the homeowner was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The house itself is fantastic, brand new, and offers modern comfort and style. If you have a car, it's incredibly convenient, located close to several cities. Inside the house, you'll find everything you need. From entertainment like a PlayStation and Netflix to all the necessary amenities, the homeowner has thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. To make it even better, the homeowner's mother treated us to some delicious food during our stay, adding a warm and personal touch. We can't thank the homeowner enough for their hospitality and for sharing their incredible house with us. Don't even hesitate to stay here, it is really the best option!

I am traveling many years and I have been in so many hotels and houses but this was a fantastic experience. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, brand new apartment, equipped with everything you may need in top quality. The apartment is in a perfect position very near to Kotor but not in the crowd. In a quiet place that I really enjoyed sleeping and I t has a private parking. Now about the owners. What can I say about the owners. It was an amazing experience meeting this family. I felt like they were my relatives. Absolutely amazing experience. The most hospitable owners I have ever met. I definitely recommend this apartment without a doubt.
