The owners are a young couple that works together in managing the rooms. First I was met by a very nice man who spoke very good English. The building is very inviting and welcoming. It sits in a quiet neighborhood alongside a creek. He provided me with the security code and keys to enter the building and showed me the room. The room was exactly what I had expected - CLEAN, well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. The WIFI was GREAT! It was a very short and SAFE walk across the bridge of the creek to a shopping area with food and clothing stores. Within this area are very nice restaurants, traditional and themed (pizza, burgers, etc.) you can walk to. It is a short drive to the Książ Castle. Staying at this location while touring the Castle and area was/is perfect! Close enough to everything, yet not dealing with all the other tourists and the cost that goes along with it. As a bonus, the owner shared a very special drink with me and we had a very nice time chatting. I WILL BE STAYING AT THIS LOCATION WHEN I RETURN IN THE FUTURE!

Nice place,clean.It has almost evrythings-kitchen,micrrowave,TV ,Wifi,nice design,warm,good interiur,maybe little beat small for family,but i has good impression

I stayed there with my 9 year old son, visiting my friend and doing some sightseeing. Lovely, clean, modern, almost fully equipped apartment in a great location. Exactly like in the pictures. Perfect for a couple, or an adult and a child as one sofa bed only. It's apt #8 on the top 3rd floor I think, old building, no lifts. The ruins of the old Książ castle within a walking distance and the bus stop to the new Książ castle is just outside. 20 mins walk up the hill from the train station, Lidl and Auchan just across the road, bus stops nearby. Lovely, very helpful lady owner. Highly recommended. Hoping to go back there next year
