Lovely landscaped grounds and setting. The swimming pool was a very welcome addition and a good size. Great facilities for self catering with multiple locations for eating and relaxing throughout the property. Comfortable room with nice linens.

Great place to stay. Comfortable for 6 people, there is enough space for everyone. A nice plus is the outside area in front of the house. We booked the place to go rock climbing in the nearby areas (Redinha, Burracas) and the location was great. The house is located in a small village but luckily there is a bakery, small supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance. Additionally, next doors they sell very nice craft beer. The host was very friendly and helpful, he even gave us a little welcome gift and organized us some very nice olive oil from the area. I would recommend this place 100%

Location bit far away from city, but it was nice and quiet place for family vacation. Teenagers loved the pool and that they was a lowed swimming in the evening. That was big thing for them.

Cute little apartment with a huge patio with a low wall around. Very warm welcome from the hosts. Would be suitable easily for one person and for few days for a couple.

It‘s an authentic rural place in a cosy village. The owners are super friendly and made us welcome immediately. we had a lovely dinner in their near by café/restaurant and would like to recommend it to all peregrinos or other people, who like the hidden places in the countryside .

The location was stunning, such tranquility and yet so much to see in the area. We came from Comporta, and next stop was Douro valley - villa Pedra did not disappoint at all. We arrived quite late because our rental car had to be exchanged - all restaurants were closed by the time we arrived but the fridge was stocked with local cheese, meats, fresh bread on the table and a bottle of red wine. We ate to the sound of cicadas. For the following nights, the hotel offered a dinner option which was refined and delicious. It felt like having our own personal chef. There is a pool area surrounded by fruit trees, vine covered granite walls and beautifully maintained lawn which offers a lovely place to relax and cool down from the heat. The pool was immaculate. I could go on - lovely walking trails through olive groves for miles around…friendly, courteous, professional staff. Best value I have experienced in a very long time.
