It was an amazing experience. The house was spacious, bright, and clean, which added to the overall ambiance. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. The planning of the rooms was very well thought out, making it easy to move around the house. The house was also very well equipped, which made our stay even more comfortable. I especially appreciated how perfect the house was for mobilities of #Erasmus+. Overall, I would highly recommend Gallo's House to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Barcelos. This was such a lovely place, exceptional quality in every respect—from beautiful renovation within traditional stone walls, to the aesthetic design and details of tile and wood, to the cozy warmth of the soft and comfortable bedding. The hosts were very kind people—who brought us delicious breakfast in a picnic basket each morning! We loved staying so close to Barcelos, but in this little slice of rural paradise. Highly recommended!

Stunning view of the valley below. Lovely pool. Very clean and new property with great outdoor furniture. Communication with owners/managers was brilliant. Very helpful indeed. Nice coffee machine! Mattresses are firm but very comfy. Plenty of storage in bedrooms. Very peaceful surroundings. Would definitely return!
