The location was a private home (townhouse row type) in a quiet neighborhood & fairly near our activity. It was comparatively inexpensive. There was a welcome letter with a history about the place (interesting) and some instructions, clean linens & a chocolate bar. It was easy to get ahold of the owner by phone & sms and he was pleasant, but not present at the site. The family was not at home and there weren't any other guests, so it was quiet. Guests are allowed to use the kitchen, but we didn't.
