The hosts are amazing very welcoming and honest as they take care of you personally which is very rare in Thailand. Ann was such an amazing host. Meeting us on arrival and ready with great suggestions for points of interest and always ready to help. She's very invested in her property and with good reason. The landscaping is impeccable and clean. It still manages to keep the best of what Krabi has to offer. The interior of the home that we had, #4, the level of detail given to every single part of the interior shows a true love of craft and the vast experience of our host during her travels. There is no skipping on the quality and the feel of the place. Nights were spent sleeping soundly as you hear nothing from the road or people in general. It was centrally located to all of the important places that you want to see during your stay in Krabi. Especially if you are adventurous and enjoy driving or riding. Most things can be done in under 15 minutes. The beach can be reached in about ten minutes with lots of great shops along the way if you care to look. That's how we found the ATV rides plus places to do our laundry, grocery etc. There are incredible restaurants within 15 to 20 minutes by scooter. Just ask Ann for the list. We hit every one of her recommendations and they were all great.

The villas were nice, they had a very good air conditioning, without it you can't survive in Krabi. The rooms were very clean, bed and pillows comfortable and we had daily housekeeping. In the evenings we stayed at the pool which was quite nice and big. The staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and polite, we loved them. Shower water pressure is low but you should not be surprised for the conditions of this part of Thailand and the price you pay for the place. We had a very nice time, we are very grateful. Just a tip, it is a bit far from Ao Nang, to go there just book a car in Grab app, tuktuk service costs almost double or triple than Grab. Enjoy your stay!
