The pool is centrally located to all units, not too crowded and the online reminders to order chairs and umbrellas for beach is included in price and awesome. They have simple happy hours at the pool certain nights which is also included and nice.

A mix of owners and guests, the location is a short walk from the village. Tennis can be played on sheltered courts and plenty of parking. We had a loft style room which was well equipped. Overall, highly recommend if visiting Montauk.
