The property is clean and well-maintained. They provide the basic necessities like water and soap. The A/C in the room is strong too, considering the weather is really hot. The host puts in the effort to communicate with us via google translate and he is knowledgeable about the tourist tours such as the mekong delta boat rides, coconut candy factory and fruit farms.

Super friendly hosts, dinner and breakfast were solid. I stayed a Saturday night, there was laut Karaoke at the neighbours house until 9pm, afterwards a nice and quiet night. According to other guests, the karaoke was not that loud the rest of the week. Bring some earplugs, just in case and you will have a great time 😊
