Not exaggerating: This truly was the best accommodation of our whole holiday, in every perspective. Nice and spacy rooms with comfy beds, beautiful garden with outside pool, great common areas like living room and bar to meet with other people and fantastic dinner. But most importantly the hospitality of the owners, Jenny and Gavin, was absolutely amazing. They took us in like we were part of their family. They are taking very good care of their guests, preparing the perfect meals even taking into account any complicated allergies, sharing their stories and we had a lot of fun together. I would recommend Wendy’s country lodge to everybody coming to South Africa and this will be the first place I book when I’m visiting South Africa again. Disponibilizando um jardim e vista do jardim, Clifton Home situa-se em Richards Bay, a 11 km de Richards Bay Golf Driving Range e 13 km de Enseleni Nature Reserve. We really enjoyed our stay at the Clifton home and would love to stay there again in the near future. The place is super neat, spacious and the decor is beautiful. We had everything we needed and our best was the gas stove so we didn’t have to worry about loadshedding and could cook anytime which is so amazing. The patio is stunning, we had our braai there and loved it. The neighbourhood is safe, very peaceful and all the places we wanted to go to were a few minutes drive. The hosts, Bernice and Grant both have lovely hospitality skills - they made us feel at home from day 1 and provided everything we needed throughout our stay. We can’t fault the Clifton home with anything and would recommend it to anyone, any day especially couples who want to get away from all the noise and go have some peace of mind, relax and bond.

Rick communicated well with us and welcomed us very kindly. The room was very well equipped. The house has solar and battery back up so no loadshedding was a pleasure!
