We loved this hotel!!! Marcel and his family are so kind and welcoming. The hotel and room is stunning, decorated beautifully. We are at their restaurant for dinners and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Albania, loved this veggie platter. We had many bottles of their homemade white wine. the breakfast was one of our favorites while on our 6 week trip. We were so glad we stayed here outside of the city, it was very calm and centering. Absolutely wonderful location! Great food, friendly host. Definitely ask him about dinner as well. The huts are spacious, the beds are comfy and warm. Perfect for both a group and couples. It's easy to reach by car, the asphalt stops only a few hundred metres short of the property. The property borders a little plateau nestled between the mountains. It's at a nice altitude and there are tons of cool amphibians in the puddles around it. If you want to explore the valley on the east, you should bring a 4x4, or go for a good hike. There are beautiful waterfalls and churches. The views are gorgeous. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area and looking for a quiet spot to get away and experience the mountains.

Great view from large terrace across to the city Gjirokaster, and very accommodating and friendly hosts, tv film channel in english and air con worked a dream in the bedroom. It’s like a farm home stay feel with the chicks in the main yard while you get whole first floor to yourself

The hotel is in a quiet area and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. We had a large room with good wifi. Everything was clean. We appreciated that we had a private parking place in front of the door and we were in Gjirokastra in a few minutes by car. There is a very beautiful natural lake within walking distance where you can relax. Many benches around the lake invite you to linger. There is a newly built playground. We had a fantastic, varied breakfast with lots of fresh products every morning. In the evening, the owner prepared an excellent Albanian dinner for us. If you are looking for authentic Albanian accommodation with excellent Albanian food, this is the place for you. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank you for the friendly welcome.

The staff was super nice, they gave us some garden tomatoes for breakfast, left a dedicated postcard to say good bye, and even invited us to some raki. The bathroom is super modern, the kitchen is well equiped even with a filter for the tap water, bed was confy, the AC worked well, and the balcony was huge with good views.
