Such a long way up a mountain road from the coast that I started to wonder if I had made a mistake with the address. However on rounding yet another hairpin corner there it was. Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was packed with locals enjoying the food, the views and the mountain breezes. Rather Tuscan in style sitting in the garden under the trees drinking good coffee. As the restaurant was closed for dinner on a Sunday night we had come prepared with our own food and the owner provided us with plates and cutlery and a kettle to boil water. We were the only ones staying the night I think so it was very quiet. Lovely room and a bathroom with a bathtub, a luxury after driving around here and there for a week.
