Everything was excellent, very nice people, very clean and comfortable room/beds. Very quiet, and good quality beds. The breakfast was very well taken care off by the owners, good bread and coffee, homemade marmelade.

Communal, friendly atmosphere, inspired by our host, Ingo. The dinner, cooked by Ingo - which featured a very large, beautiful beef rib - looked and smelled so good, but we were already too full to partake. So we sat with the others around a large table and visited and laughed while they ate.

Friendly, helpful, super clean, everything worked well. All requests were accommodated. After a snowy wet day on the Camino (crazy to be doing it in winter aside) the host and staff were so kind. Three course dinner, breakfast, ability to do laundry and dry things that had gotten wet in my pack. Happily paid the bill for all the services rendered and left a large gratuity for the staff to acknowledge they went above and beyond. This place will be gorgeous in spring when the flowers and leave are popping … but even now in winter was immediately kept clean from pilgrim muddy boots, poles, rain capes etc.
