⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I come from a country (South Africa) which has such incredible hospitality 🇿🇦 ❤️ However having travelled widely across Europe, I have never experienced such warm, inviting and friendly hospitality as I have from Laura. 😍 Laura is the epitome of a great hostess, and she attended to our EVERY SINGLE NEED! 🤩 The guest house is absolutely quaint and tranquil. The apartment was exceptionally neat and incredibly clean, literally spotless (by even the most fussiest persons standards!) 😅 The breakfast was so delicious, an assortment of breads, pastries, yogurts, jam, cheeses, amazing coffee, freshly pressed juices and a (surprise) freshly baked chocolate cake omg 🤤 🍰 🥐 🥖 Laura even bakes some of the treats herself! If you are thinking of staying in Ury, France - this is your best option!!! You will not go wrong 😃!

Very generous and polite landlady is the owner of this small hotel; deeply personally committed, offering a superb lavish breakfast, the appartment is perfectly quiet and situated in a wonderfuly garden area complete with palm-trees and a swimming pool; meticulously cared for; ideal for visiting Fountainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte - or for hiking in the adjacent forests and nature reserve; parking facility right in front of the premises

The location is excellent, if you are searching for accomodations in the middle of the nature, far away from the fuss of the city, with a big garden to spend the evenings in. The place itself is very comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The only downside was the fact that the warm water ran out quite fast, so I had a bit of a cold end to my shower. I would have really appreciated a small fridge, but this is not a negative point, more of a personal prefference. The breakfast was more than enough and had a nice variety and as we asked for a lot of coffee, we got a lot of coffee :) Many thanks for that! And last, but not least, our hosts were fantastic. They were kind enough to wait for us, although we arrived shortly past midnight, they were very discreet throughout and very accomodating. As Thomas is a climber himself, they have crashpads&topos that climbers can use and he can help with tips about the climbing areas. Overall, a very pleasant experience that Thomas and Marie-Jo offer. I would for sure return and I do recommend this small & charming place to anybody that likes unique private places.
