The hostess was delightful and when we arrived, even though it was raining, there was a sign outside the home welcoming us by name! What a wonderful start to our very pleasant stay. The home was quite charming just as the online pictures showed. We were given freedom to enjoy the comforts of the home, in addition to our private room. There was a fantastic library that we could use with many books of the area. The breakfast was exceptional with homemade yogurt, hot chocolate, cheeses and breads. The fruit salad was a real treat, as was her homemade petite chocolate muffins, and her rhubarb/orange jam. Before leaving, the hostess gave us a tour of her expansive garden to show us her beautiful flowers, including my favorite - lily of the valley. There was a beautiful, ancient church up the hill within walking distance. We look forward to returning again, whenever we visit Europe.

Owners are very nice and friendly. They make the best to let you feel like at home. They make unbelievable, original, healthy breakfast with jams prepared by them. The house is beautiful and the surrounding is very relaxing.

If the weather is good, you can walk by the river. Place is directly next to the river! And there is a big parking area so no problems. Host was exceptional! Design of the rooms were nice. Cleanliness is awesome. Breakfast is regular French breakfast, (don't expect protein if you are a protein maniac like me) but with a touch of personal flair. Everything is prepared by the host alone. My 8 year old daughter loved the upstairs. And view of the room was also very nice.

Travelling on my own driving a pick up truck pulling a trailer this place was ideal with a superb parking facility behind a locked metal gate ample space for my vehicle and trailer The accommodation is seperate from the main house with its own entrance it was very clean and comfortable with a kitchen containing hob oven dishwasher fridge/freezer the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot the area is very quiet couldn't ask for anymore
