We really liked our host, the owner of the B&B. We were treated like old friends. Before dinner we were offered a glass of Pineaux as an aperitif. Then we had a very tasty dinner all prepared of local ingredients with a bottle of local wine and after dinner we had even a glass of Cognac. We had interesting conversations with our host and we had really a nice evening at the fireplace together with our host. He told us of the history of the property, he is still busy to renovate the grand house, which forms quite a challenge. We had a nice large room and a large separate bathroom.

The gite was clean, comfortable, well furnished and clean. The hosts, Catherine and Sebestien, were so friendly and helpful, providing information about the area and answered any questions we had. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful towns and villages in the area.
