Visited as a late night stopover from Paris to Gorges Du Tarn and it was ideal. Close to the motorway but remote and peaceful. Late easy access to transfer sleeping children (!) and delicious breakfast with views!

Very beautiful villa in the french countryside, very nice hosts who make you feel like home and help you with everything you need. Basically you get a whole appartment for the price of a room. At the groundfloor you get a fully equiped kitchen (newly renovated) and a eating area and at the first floor you get 2 bedrooms, big bathroom and a big terrace. We only used one bedroom for us and our baby, which was very big and cosy with very beautiful decorations and eveything you need (fridge, coffee and tea machines, big TV, microwave, electric blinds). The courtyard is very big, relaxing and well maintained. And on top of that you get a nice swimming pool with exotic views. I travelled a lot and booked many accomodations over booking.com, but this is by far the best place I ever been for this price. We had a great time and we want to thank the hosts for our perfect holiday.

A wonderful Napoleonic chateau with an interesting history. With a recent background as a hotel it now has new owners and is a "work in progress". Bedrooms are small and basic, we had to move from our original room because of a number of minor problems, but this was handled quickly and efficiently with good humour. Breakfast facilities were good, you have the option of ordering extra from the boulangerie. The host family has horses, goats, chickens and ducks and welcomed our dog. Great position next to the motorway and town / restaurants.

Exceptional host, we have never been made so welcome - especially in France! They rang on the day of our stay to ask if they could make a booking in a local restaurant as they currently don't have one. Upon arrival we felt like we had arrived at a friend's home, shown a room asked if we were happy with, shown the pool and generally shown around this beautiful chateau. After a good night sleep we had a lovely breakfast and wished all the best for our onward journey, just as a friend would do. Thank you, good luck and don't change a thing.
