Both mornings we were there the breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. On both mornings my full English kept going for most of the day. The fact that the dog was welcome in any part of the establishment meant a great deal.

This home is in a beautiful village with friendly residents. The hosts were kind people and the property was well equipped with everything we needed and more. There is an excellent pub close to the property. We loved it. We would highly recommend and hope to return one day!

We had to leave the hotel early in the morning before they start serving breakfast. They were so thoughtful to deliver continental breakfast to our room the night before for us to keep in the fridge 😊

Literally everything. We loved this place! It was the first stop on our 7 week travels around Europe and this was the best place we stayed out of everywhere! The bed was THE most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in including fancy hotels! The views were lovely and the entire house was just such a nice atmosphere. The only thing I would say is screen shot the lock box code before you arrive as there’s no internet to access booking.com until you get in and on the wifi. We did have to drive down the road to the pub but this was our mistake! We were even greeted with little scrabble letters spelling out “g’day” to us which was a lovely touch! It made us smile after a long and tiring drive and they are the sort of things we really appreciated about this place. We would 100% stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone!

The room was spacious, even for a family of four, and the mattress was so comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the kids appreciated having their own beds. The location is convenient as well - within a 10 minute walk, there is a great breakfast/lunch place (Cuckoo), a fantastic restaurant that kids and grownups both loved (Nole), and a small grocery co-op.
