The breakfasts were wonderful, we loved the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and you had the cereal we use regularly when home in Canada and to have cappuccino was great. The staff were always cheerful and helpful especially Roy and faith.

The breakfast was perfect and plentiful and supplied to our own kitchen cupboard and fridge in the dining area. There were 2 types of fruit juice, a selection of cereals, a large bowl of a variety of fruit, milk, delicious bread, butter and a variety of conserves also tea, coffee, herbal teas, hot chocolate - we couldn't have asked for a better breakfast. The location was delightful, located off a path beside woodland and fields with a stunning view over the garden and across the sea to the islands of Herm and Guernsey.
