la casa e tenuta bene ce l aria condizionata in tutta la casa tranne due stanze pero si sta molto bene noi ci siamo stati per 15 giorni tra luglio e inizio agosto … serve l auto per andare in spiaggia ma molto vicino tipo a 5 minuti ce un lido bellissimo super attrezzato il koa beach molto carino . Il proprietario super disponibile ci ha fatto trovare in casa TUTTO addirittura il loro olio di oliva … e stato molto discreto … fuori ce la doccia e un bel barbecue e un tavolo dover poter pranzare e cenare …

Everything was perfect...parking place was great, house was amazing with everything you can imagine (hairdryer,ironing,cubes for small children). Kitchen was perfectly equipt. Design of house interier is realy cool and modern. Two bedrooms have got realy comfortable beds. Nice garden with oranges or lemons. Near of the house is great beach (10 min walk) and local family restaurant (5 min walk). Owner is great person,who helped us with delivery of our delayted lagguage. Near of the house is nice waterfall with swimming(15 min by car)...Thanks for staying!

Sig.ra Anna gentilissima. Posto immensamente bello, lontano da tutti e da tutto, in mezzo agli ulivi e pieno di stelle. Spiagge raggiungibili a qualche km. Casa attrezzata con tutto, giardino ben curato.

Great place for rest. Surrounded by olive trees. The owner was very kind and helpful, sharing a list of "what to do in the neighborhood". Breakfast is very tasty and made out of local products. Really recommend

This villa is a paradise for families!! Teenagers will enjoy the fitness equipment, standard-height basketball, a large soccer goal, pull-up bar, and PlayStation 4 with a paid subscription. Younger children will enjoy a yard with a lawn, swings, a slide, a chicken coop and canaries. Everyone will enjoy the nearby beach (less than five minutes by car) which has a network of spectacular caves for swimming and rocks to jump from into clear water. The hospitality is exceptional even in Greek standards: organic vegetables and fruits from the home garden, eggs from the coop, home-produced olive and olive oil (award-winning), home-made gemista, salads and even a barbecue made especially for us. In addition, we were given links on Google Maps for absolutely everything: beaches, attractions, take away, supermarket and even a clinic. The house itself is brand new and has shading blinds and nets on every door and window so that you can ventilate the house without fear of mosquitoes, and also sleep late in a dark house. There is a powerful and new AC in each of the rooms. There is hot water with a good flow throughout all of your showers. The location is wonderful - quiet, but close to everything you want to see and do in the area. I know that first reviews of a place seem unreliable, but I didn't meet our hosts until we were lucky enough to be their guests. You should be too!

Appartamento in villetta bifamiliare con accesso indipendente e porticato fantastico privato e riservato con vista sula laguna di Gialova. Distanza di circa 4 km dalle spiagge piu' belle della zona. Posto su una collina era arieggiato nei momenti piu' caldi dei giorni di agosto.
