The owner , Paudie , met us upon arrival. He was super nice and friendly. Very welcoming. We slept better here than anywhere we stayed in Ireland. It was quiet and very clean. It felt like home. Its a couple miles off the main road, but very easy driving even in dark. The owners put alot of pride and effort in every detail and being organized. We would love to stay longer than one night if ever we travel to this area of Ireland again.

Spent the weekend celebrating my 50th - with vistors coming in from all over Europe, was importand to have the right villa... This villa exceeded my expectations, the right size for a group of 11 (in my case) plently of room inside and out... I brought everything but the kitchen sink, although the house was so well equiped i could have brought nothing, all was catererered for.... Would certainly recomend and or revisit

Nicholas was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hostel was spotless, kitchen well equiped. Able to heat food we had taken. Signage on road entry helpful. Loved the remoteness and peaceful atmosphere. Close to beach and excellent Visitor Centre in old church. Well worth the visit and great morning tea.

The living was very snug and we enjoyed our evening there. There was plenty of space in the kitchen also where we could all sit around the table together for a meal.

Everything was just perfect. Nice view from the house, great comfort in our room. Marge welcomed us so nicely and warmly. Very good advices about things to do around. Excellent traditional breakfast just cooked by Marge. We recommend absolutely !

It's a really great place to stay!! Everything was prepared for our arrival - the room was extremely clean and comfortable. It was cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was friendly and attentive. Cute, super-smart dogs at the property :-) I would highly recommend this spot to anyone exploring County Waterford!!
