I was the first guest at this wonderful mini-hotel that has just been opened. The owners of the hotel are a wonderful friendly couple. I received amazing service and enjoyed every minute of my stay at this hotel. The design of the room and the entire hotel is amazing. The hostess of the hotel designed the interior herself and did it with passion. You will feel it as soon as you step into your room. The delicious breakfast is beautifully served. There is a private parking at the hotel, free of charge. It is highly recommended.

We especially loved the sunny balcony – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast each morning was a real treat, featuring a lovely selection of traditional ham and cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, and sweets – all thoughtfully presented and delicious. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel special. The location is ideal if you're attending events at Villa Manin, which is just a short distance away. We only wish we had more time to explore the area – it’s definitely a place we’d love to return to!

Amazing host, great attention to detail in the apartment. Well presented grounds including an excellent swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Lots of attractions within a short drive, coast, mountains and beautiful villages and towns.

A beautiful hidden gem in a quite city. Clean rooms with all the basic amenities that we needed for an overnight stay. We travelled with our young kids and the host was very kind and accommodating to them. There is an amazing pizzeria within a 4 min walk from the bnb which the host recommended for our dinner.

The place is located in a very small village in the middle of old houses and vineyards, next to the church. Wonderful house and yard, stunning furnishings. Super comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, very clean. Peace and quiet (which we needed after a long, long drive), nice atmosphere, nice family. There are also shops and restaurants a few km away. We had a dog with us, no extra charge. Free parking space in front of the house. We felt like at home - fresh and rested.

Everything is very new and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. Easy parking and air conditioning in the room. Also very good restaurant 3 minutes walking.

We were a big group of 14 people (4 families), we spent there only one night on the way to Tuscany in June 28-29 . We were satisfied, we appeciated a nice and big terrace close to the house. Kitchen was fully equipped, air-condition the the hall in the 2nd floor. There are also beds for small children. A contact with the host was without problem, we got all information needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. The house could be also a very good place for bigger group (with even small children) to explore the closest region.
