Hosts was very friendly and gave us a lot information what to see around Codroipo and other cities near by also recomended what to see and where to eat in Venice. Hotel room - was everyday cleaned and smells nice. In the bathroom you can find soap and shower gel. Conditioner in the room works very good. Breakfast was very good, everyday fresh fruits, yoghurt, croissant, juice, various ham, fresh bread toast, hard boiled eggs. We very recomend this hotel!

I was the first guest at this wonderful mini-hotel that has just been opened. The owners of the hotel are a wonderful friendly couple. I received amazing service and enjoyed every minute of my stay at this hotel. The design of the room and the entire hotel is amazing. The hostess of the hotel designed the interior herself and did it with passion. You will feel it as soon as you step into your room. The delicious breakfast is beautifully served. There is a private parking at the hotel, free of charge. It is highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful ( silver srvice!) Breakfast! The very large appartment was stunning and although next to a road, once through the gates this was forgotten - very peaceful and also surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our host was absolutely charming and very helpful. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay after a long journey!

One of the best rooms we have rented during our stays in Italy. Exceptionally clean with new modern furnishings and bathroom facilities. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were very friendly and responsive before and during our stay. We can honestly say we were very impressed.

Its a really nice small village, where you can experience...

Its a really nice small village, where you can experience the Italian lifestyle :) good gelaterias and pizza places are available, but I think its only a 1-2 day stay. We travelled to Udine, Tolmezzo, Triest, Lignano from here: for that, Codroipo is in the perfect spot!

The breakfast was amazing the young lady went above and beyond accommodating our breakfast needs . The staff was super friendly and very informative. The location is superb as is only few steps away from the train station and in the centre of Codroipo. The room was very modern and very well decorated The restaurant is two steps away and the meals were superb.

I stay at this hotel as a mid point on the drive from my holiday house in Austria and Venice airport, as it has everything I want -- comforable rooms with all the facilities anyone needs, a good restaurant serving good food at reasonable prices. Plenty of easy and secure parking. Good value for money overal.
