Great hotel. Convenient location on the way to Venice. Everything is new, clean.

I had a very good sleep! Very quiet place! Breakfast was good! Coffee great!

I like staff, the room area and of course - possibility to stay with cats without additioanal charges. There is a parking near the night door and it is very comfy.

Everyone was kind and very helpful. Even though I arrived at 10PM, there were no issues

Everything was amazing. This nice villa is really cosy, full of beautiful details that hosts created with their art, design and craftsman taste and abilities. Really nice, clean and lovely decorated rooms, comfortable beds, soft towels and breakfast was excellent; even the tableware was carefully chosen. There was also a homemade cake and, of course, excellent Italian coffee. Everything was taken care of by the hosts, who also kindly helped us choose a great local tavern. Parking is available in front of the house. The view from the rooms overlooks the vineyard and the mountains in the background. Everything was really exceptional. Above all, the hosts were very friendly—so once again, thank you for a wonderful experience.

The apartment was five stars, the hosts could not be better and if this was not enough the garden around the house is a beauty.

A perfect location to chill out for a few days in Friuli. It is an excellent base for day trips to the surroundings (Venezia, Grado, Udine, etc.) - but also offers plenty of space around the pool and garden area to simply relax. Very friendly staff in a brandnew setting.

The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel special. The location is ideal if you're attending events at Villa Manin, which is just a short distance away. We only wish we had more time to explore the area – it’s definitely a place we’d love to return to!
