Since we were late, arriving 8pm (checkin was between 3pm-5pm), we agreed for online checking. Everything was super cool, heating was working well (we had 2 days rain out of 4, so this was realy + for us). Location is 20min walking to the city center, where are all needed facilities (shops, bar, food,...). Also driving 20min to Modena. We were there with two kids 5 and 7 years, they loved garden, Outside is also one barbeque. Appartment looks like new, comfortable bed. This could be a perfect location for biking. Sorrounded with hills, nature.

Absolutely amazing. If you are willing to spend little time in car on narrow roads you will be awarded by astonishing view, divine peace and true beauty of nature accomodated it lovely little vila with garden and gril. We enjoyed very comfortable rooms each with separate bathroom, all new and clean. Fully equipped kitchen attached to living and dining room. But mostly we spent time around the house on seats and table looking into the mountins, drinking local wine and tasting specialities from local stores. The place is couple km from village so you better use car to go to stores. But there is a cheese factory 5 mins of walk from the house. The last but not least I would like to mention really nice and communicative owners who were willing to help with any situation you coud have and were really responsive on phone and booking messages.

The hospitality and attentiveness of Elena and Enzo was outstanding. The breakfasts and “treats” were absolutely superb - a very big thank-you from us! The property’s location was very tranquil, with a beautiful large garden to enjoy during the day and eat out in during the evening. Our apartment was very tastefully decorated and had all the facilities you could ever need. Our dog was equally well looked after!!
