very spacious, well equipped, nice and modern and clean. easy parking, lovely outside spaces. the host was very nice - kitchen even stocked with plenty of food, very fresh and some produced right from the gardens themselves which was such a nice touch

Villa La Passione is one of the best places we ever stayed at, exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! It has the luxury feel of staying at a private villa with huge pool (shared only between the two apartments). It is located very peacefully amongst the olive yards on its own domain near the small town of Venarotta (with shops, restaurants etc). The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. Cecilia and Giuseppe are the best hosts, warm, attentive and caring while also discrete and respecting the guests' privacy (they live a few hundred meters away). They take meticulous care of housekeeping, shared local products with pride (fruit and vegetables from Giuseppe's garden and cakes and jam made by Cecilia), and were always ready to give excellent suggestions.

Fantastic house, very spacious and stylish furnished, outdoor space is also nice around the house. Very quiet surroundings. Good for walking. Host has a great feeling for hospitality. I will definitely plan to come back.

The property is in a very tiny and quite hamlet. It is modern inside, tastefully decorated, neatly kept and very clean. The polished wooden floor creates a feeling of warmth and luxury. A very large balcony outside has a full table with chairs, a large parasol and sunbathing chairs. The hosts live below in a house with a separate fenced-off yard. We stayed 2 nights, and breakfast for both mornings was already placed on the kitchen table and in the refrigerator before our arrival. It was sumptuous! Multiple hams, eggs, bread, cakes (yes, plural!), juices, an assortment of fresh fruit, a tub of Nutella, etc. In fact, the breakfasts stretched through lunch for our family of four. The bathroom is very spacious, with a double shower (although water flow is a bit low to use both rain heads simultaneously). Wifi internet is available with strong signal in all the interior rooms as well as on the balcony. A speed test showed > 25 Mbps down, and about 3 Mbps up - enough to stream movies or run video calls.
