This was a great find! The room was very clean and walking distance from the grocery store. The owner, Stephano, was beyond amazing! A very homely place, very clean facilities was definitely more than I expected . As for the owner of the place and her family, they are very kind people who make you feel at home. The property is the owner's home. The owner's daughter was there to help us. As we had four bags and our room was upstairs, she gave us another room on the first floor which was clean and adequate. We are in our 80's, so stairs would have been difficult. She didn't speak much English & we spoke no Italian, so we used our translators a lot. Our scheduled ride to our ship cancelled the day we arrived. She helped us find a shuttle to our ship. She also provided a nice breakfast for us.
