The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The property is as pretty as it looks on the website and the pool is lovely with lots of seats and shade if you want. The locations is good as it's only a short walk to the walled city of Lucca. Breakfast is served in a lovely sunny conservatory and there is enough choice.

Our stay in B&B Il Casale di Nanni was exceptional and great fun! The staff is very friendly, the house is real Italian with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. The kids liked the pool and the big garden. The breakfast is of good quality and you have a enough choices; scrambled eggs, yoghurt, croissants (cornetto) with chocolate, jam or plain. You are living the good life in a calm and cosy atmosphere! And all that just around 900 meters away from the city wall of Lucca!

The property is huge with immaculate garden and lawn. We used the pool every day which along with the garden is exclusively yours. We saw fireflies at night for the first time which only capped off our magical stay at this brilliant property. We loved using the bikes everyday to get into town and also to see Lucca. The house itself was well equipped and clean. Books available upstairs for reading by the pool. Fully equipped kitchen and also laundry facilities which made holiday life a lot easier. The owners are wonderful and available if you need and even drive us to the station at the end of the stay.

Everything was faultless, Walter and his father Enzo were perfect hosts. This is a Tranquil haven just minutes away from Central Lucca. Visit the Puccini recitals in Chiesa San Giovani in Lucca

The pool and the garden were amazing. Kids thought the pool was the best part! The area and the house are quiet and really clean.
