I was a late checkin but the staff were so helpful and friendly when I arrived, even offered to help carry my bags up! The next day, I had to wait several hours before my taxi arrived to take me to the airport. The staff allowed me to hang out on their patio, had drinks and snacks and they made sure I was looked after even though I had checked out earlier that morning. Fabulous service!
