Nice place. Near to the pinnawala elephant orphanage and the pinnawala zoo. The balcony view of pinnawala elephant orphanage was nice.

The staff greeted us at our tuk tuk and took care of our bags. Our room was nice and clean. There's a mini bar, for a fee, and a store right below. It's directly across the street from the elephant orphanage. In the morning, around 10:00, you can watch a herd of elephant cross the street. Quite a site

It was a great stay. Our room was nice and clean. We had a/c. The breakfast was very good! Very kind owners, in the evening we were sitting on a porch and they gave us tea. We could check out after we came back from the elephant freedom project. We also could do the laundry for reasonable price. Really recommend! We spent there only one night but if we could we would stay longer.

The location was perfect to see the elephants. The elephants walked right by the hotel entrance. And the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!

Big Bed in a very komfortable Room, with a big very clean Bathroom. Only 100 Meters of the Elephant Bathing River away. The Elephant are walking sometimes unter my Balcony. There is although a big balcony for all guest available..

We had an amazing stay in Hotel Pinnalanda. The view is breathtaking! Breakfast was really good and the staff was so lovely and friendly. Especially Andrew (that’s how we called him) from the tour desk was such a lovely helpful guy! Thank you Andrew, you did a great job! But all the staff was amazing and made our holiday!! I can really recommend to also use the pool when the elephants are out, that was amazing!

Fantastiskt hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget mitt bland elefanterna var riktigt coolt. Poolen var uppskattad! Maten god. Rummet välstädat.

Nicely placed in nature. Tranquility with ayurvedic garden just behind the rooms. We have received guided tour via the garden with foot massage included. Very nice and helpful staff. One guy even came with us by tuk tuk to be sure we find the right bus to Kandy and made sure we’ll have a seat 😉 I felt really comfortable in the room.
