Super beautiful traditional mosaic interiors, keeps your head turning at any given moment. Positioned perfectly so that its inside the Medina walls, but not in the central tourist hub where everything costs double & there’s a lot of noise. There is an open balcony on the roof, with beautiful views across the old Medina, & you can choose to have dinner cooked & brought up to you as you eat some of the best Moroccan home-style food we’ve had in our trip, Al Fresco. But really the best selling point is that the staff are unbeatable. This is a family business, everyone you meet is a cousin/uncle/Aunty of the family, & they make you feel so welcome it feels like returning home to friends. Shout out to Mohamed & Kamir who kept us laughing everyday.

Very good location, near the blue gates. This Riad had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very nice and he helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good as well.

The patio is absolutely impressive. Only to have breakfast in it makes the whole experience worthy. But above all, the staff is what makes the difference. First of all, we made a mistake when doing the booking: they were communicative and helpful all the way through. They sorted it out trusting us as we had to cancel and make another reservation. The breakfast service is splendid. They are attentive, they speak several languages, they take good care of their guests. Breakfast is copious and marocain style. Delicious bread and eggs. The rooms and obviously looking dated because it is a Riad with hundreds of years, but the restoration has been well done and the rooms are looking good. The beds are really comfortable.

We had an incredible 3-day stay at Riad Inaya Fez. Marjorie & Pascal, the wonderful owners, were the epitome of hospitality, providing invaluable support in every aspect of our city exploration. Their energy was infectious, and they truly made us feel at home in their charming riad. We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough!

I was racially abused in the cab ride before I got there and the staff was so empathetic and really looked after me. Chaimae is a gem : )

The breakfast was standard - egg, yogurt, breads. They offered dinners which were very good. The staff could not have done any more for us than they did. They arranged appropriate tour guides, even went with us to pick up our rental car, made us a special lunch when we weren’t feeling well. Took our wet clothes out to the terrace to hang them out in the sun to dry faster. They wer consistently polite and friendly.
