Reception staff helped me a lot and they were excellent. Rooms are beautiful, very modern and have all amenities. My room had beautiful terracd with a great view. I love SPA area with a gym and pool. Breakfast was excellent and I particularly appreciated their flexibility when I was a bit late - no issues with it which shows the quality of staff training. Overall, the best service and the best facilities you can get kn Skopje.
