Great location on the other side of the road to the beach. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and served up some delicious Italian / Nica food. Only having 4 rooms on site made the place really intimate and peaceful.

A quiet location where you can hear the surf at night. Perfect pool, lots of shade, excellent food! We loved our two-story room with an ocean view terrace. Plenty of hot water in the bath and good AC. Easy access to the beach! The owners have two dogs and four cats. None of them will approach you. They are super relaxed.

Loved my stay here, such a gem! Everything is new and clean, big kitchen and outdoor social area plus really lovely staff/owners that will go out of their way to help you have the best experience while visiting Las Penitas. Highly recommended!
