A magical place with the family history that is around on the walls through pictures and family tools. The house housed a museum containing antique items that have been useful for the past 200 years. The hospitality was warm and generous and the generous breakfast with the beautiful dishes was a celebration.

The property is amazing, it makes you feel like a king in a castle. The owner is so friendly and made us feel like home, really. I wish you all the best! The breakfast was also very good. The garden is beautiful. Overall it was a great experience and we had a wonderful time, muito obrigada!!!

We had a great stay. The host was extremely accommodating and attentive at all times. The house (we stayed at Casa da Oliveira - a One-bedroom house) was even better than the photos. It was very spacious, spotless, and well equipped. It’s all very new. Before traveling, our biggest concern was that a heatwave was expected for the weekend (up to 37 degrees Celsius, 13th - 19th of August), and our surprise was immense as we arrived at the house, and it was very fresh inside. Although there was a big ventilator, we almost didn’t have to use it. Communication in English was perfect.
