Delightful hosts, very smooth check-in even do we arrived at 11pm. Very warm and cozy apartment in the winter, in a quiet place in the middle of a vineyard. Will visit again for sure.

Vila (Vilinka) Native - Indians theme throughout the house, is a quite, peaceful and extremely cosy getaway place. House is amazing with many amenities that will make you feel like at home. You can enjoy the sauna, watch a movie on Netflix, play games on Playstation 4, grab a cold beer or whiskey from the kitchen (which contains also coffee, variety of tea's, sugar, oil, pasta...), observe the stars through the telescope or just simply make yourself comfortable in the massage chair and read a book or two. Optimal temperature is maintained with easy to use pellet furnace or AC unit. Boris and Maja are Hosts with a capital H. They provide all the needed information about the house, nearby places and activities so you can make the most out of your stay. Pool's and spa's in Podčetrtek are easily reachable by car in less than 15mins and neighboring surroundings with natural environment are perfect for hikings or bike riding. Place has a very positive vibe and you can easily recharge from everyday life.

We loved staying in Olga's charming house! She was a great host and gave us plenty of suggestions for what to do in the area. Olga's art studio is on the same property, where she also offered to give us classes in mosaic-making, pottery, or glass working (we didn't manage to take her up on this, but hopefully next time!). We really liked the relaxed, rustic vibe and Olga's great mosaics and artwork that decorated the interior. The house is located in a lush little valley, pretty far away from anything; it's ideal if you want some peace and quiet. Having a car is a must to get around to the nearby sites and facilities. The closest town is Bistrica ob Sotli, around 4 km away, where there is a basic supermarket and ATM. There are hiking trails that start just down the road from the house, but for other facilities (restaurants, spas, museums) you have to venture a bit further afield to towns like Olimje and Podcetrtek (around 20 minutes' drive). Olga's cats are also very friendly and cute!
