We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the beautiful garden with the cute cat. The breakfast was delicious and the owner even asked for our preferred breakfast time. Very friendly, flexible staff. Gorgeous bungalows in a palm garden, calm and quiet area but still close to town. 10/10 recommend!

This is a lovely place to stay - book it now! Xin and Ze have made a fantastic little hotel for travellers who want a beautiful homely place in Nan. They are great hosts with all the practical details working well at their poshtel. Communication was very strong. It was easy to communicate with the hotel before my stay about how to arrive. They gave good instructions and even offered to collect me from the bus station. Thank you! On arrival I received a friendly welcome. While I was there they were proactive in checking I was having a good stay. It was really nice that the hotel is in a small quiet street, not far from eating options. My room was exactly like the pictures. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. There was soap and shampoo in the bathroom. All of the bed linens and towels smelled nice and fresh. Communal areas were very clean and well-organised. There are sweet and savoury options available for breakfast. They take care of every detail. The design of the hotel is beautiful, done in a high quality way. I was only able to stay one night but I thought it was great value. The hotel is both well planned and well managed. It is an example of a small hotel run by people who really care that you have a good experience there. They took great care of me and I have happy memories of my new friends in Nan. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful place to stay and I wish you so much luck with your business!

Love that we have the whole house to ourselves. There are 2 toilets for showering and one of them is really huge and has a tub. The lights used were warm lights which makes the place cosy. The house is spacious, clean and quite modernised. Love the Christmas tree set up the moment we entered. The kitchen is cosy and has ample utensils for use. Cold water was also available in the fridge when we arrived. There were also a variety of convenience food prepared for breakfast (eg. Bread, jam, breakfast cereals, instant porridge, biscuits, milk). Room was exactly how it is shown in the picture. Bathroom towels were provided and there was also complimentary amenities like shower gel, shampoo, lotion, shower cap, cotton bud). We were also allowed to use the hose in the front yard to wash our car and that was great. Location is convenient, easy to find and check in was hassle free. It's less than 5 mins walk to the weekend night food market so it's great ! It was a very comfortable stay and wish we had longer. The next time we come back to Nan, we will definitely book this place again:)

This homestay in Nan surprised me! I wanted to see and feel the northern Thailand countryside. I needed a place to join daily workshops online and ride a bicycle to see the surroundings. But what I found! I was the only guest in a wooden, traditional house with a lovely space and good Wi-Fi to follow my meetings. A friendly staff took care of me - although we didn't have a common language. And the breakfasts! Every morning, I was served Thai food to fill me up until late afternoon. Delicious! And if I stayed on my computer over the noon, sometimes I was offered some delights and coffees - as they knew I was tight up with my online meetings. Between my meetings, I could bicycle around the countryside of the small town of Nan. They arranged a bicycle and also took care of its condition.

This is a true boutique hotel with classy wooden furnishings. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is well hidden from the main road but within 100m of the nightly market. There were very few tourists when I visited in May 2024 (in fact, I was the only one in the town!). The market has a wide selection of food choices. Many signs were only written in Thai script so it was difficult to understand what was being sold. I see this as a positive advantage!
