Have mobility issues so I called ahead and requested a room on the floor level. Front desk lady was more than happy to issue a better location on the floor level. Only problem was our TV channels stopped working. TV was fixed the next morning instead of moving us to another room. We where not moving. Will be reserving two nights in December for Christmas.
