The homestay was divine, very modern & architecturally creative. Ngoc the host was so beautifully kind and immensely knowledgeable. We could have talked with her all day. Her recommendations were insightful & grounded in sustainability. The location wasn't a problem as we hired scooters. The road was being redeveloped along the route to the homestay, it wasn't a problem whatsoever and there was no roadwork noise (only one night of passionate karaoke). I will definitely visit again one day. The breakfast was soooo delicious.

The host, ngân, is very very kind and hospitable. She brought us cake upon arrival and made sure to accommodate us with anything we needed. The location is in a serene and green landscape, a bit further from the city so best to rent a scooter for 150.000/day. I walked for hours around the property and it was very peaceful. The room is spacious! They also have breakfast and beverages to sell on the property, and a great karaoke sound system that locals often sing at, which is very cute. Wifi was surprisingly strong!

We were greatly accommodated, the room was super clean and comfy. Additionally, the host, and their family were very flexible with checking and checkout. Spécial thanks for the great breakfast we had in the train and for dropping us off to the train station!

Contribute to a good cause while staying in a traditional Hue villa at Tam Tinh Vien Homestay, as all proceeds go to a fund for poor children.

We absolutely loved this homestay! Very accommodating hosts, lovely room and peaceful gardens. It was a little way out of town so it was nice to see a local village away from all the hustle and bustle. Great breakfast too!
