The apartment is so well located to city centre and train station. It’s quiet and so easy to get to. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. They even provided dishwasher powder and liquid suitable for a few nights stay. Fantastic for a family. The customer service with the apartment, beforehand, during and on check out was excellent. I would stay there again, without hesitation. Thanks for having us.

See- und Seminarhotel FloraAlpina enjoys an idyllic location at the shores of Lake Lucerne, outside the village of Vitznau. A very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, very nice and welcoming staff, extremely helpful and friendly. The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! Only the best!

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Very clean and easy to get to downtown via bus just outside hotel with free pass during your stay. Restaurant is amazing - pricey but excellent quality. Breakfast amazing also.

They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

Great location, Silvia was welcoming even after arriving very late at night for check in. Breakfast was great...and accommodation was super clean. Will definitely stay at Silvia upon our return.

I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.
