Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the atmosphere very welcoming. A special thank you to the lady at the reception who was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though we do not speak Spanish, she assisted us with several things and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to her support, our stay was much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. The service and location was great. Food options were great as well and well drinks.

Although the check‑in process is entirely online and there is no in‑person interaction—even the door is accessed through a code sent by text—the system works efficiently. Guests who prefer personal communication should be aware of this fully digital approach. The room itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and impeccably clean. The small kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, which added a lot of convenience. It’s clear that the owner has excellent taste and takes great care in maintaining the space. The location is excellent, and the view from the room was truly impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality.

I was able to get information needed for my travels and rent equipment. I appreciated the recommendations for services in the local area as well as activities nearby. All recommendations were spot on. I would definitely recommend Erratic Rock to my friends and I would stay here again on future trips.

My room had a private bathroom and was super quiet, clean and comfortable. I loved the use of a communal lounge with tea and coffee making facilities and use of a fridge.
