Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. I had a very early start so the staff started breakfast an hour before their usual time. The staff were wonderfully accommodating. I had to leave some luggage and they helped with that. The bus station was only 5 minutes walk away. The area is extremely safe.

Hotel Vendaval was charming and lovely, with very friendly and helpful hotel staff who spoke English. The roof top deck and bar were awesome - fantastic views. Also had a great view from the room! The breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic - easy to walk to everything in town and a short drive to the bus terminal. They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!

We thought the room, bathroom and dining room were lovely, clean and well decorated. The owner Cecilia was very friendly, a wonderful host, and accommodating of our request for an early breakfast, which was delicious and beautifully served. Loved our stay.
