Hi, we are from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿. We booked this hotel via booking for 4 people. Arrived on the 6th of August and stayed until the 11th of August. Everything was on a highest level, especially service, personnel, attitude. All the personnel is so kind and friendly, everyone is trying to help and even if they don't know the language, they use translator in order to support us. Dear Mr Johnson helped us with every single thing, was answering all the questions. We were not able to make a payment of the hotel due to card blockage (foreign card) and he did not hurry us, told us to relax enjoy our trip and pay it whenever we fix the problem with the bank. Fortunately, we fixed on the second day of the stay. Whenever we called and asked something, he organized it very fast. Additionally, he was answering our questions through WeChat as well and he is the only English speaker at the hotel, which makes the communication much easier. 👍🏽 Unfortunately, don't know the tall guy's name on the front desk. He was extra supportive as well. Hope you understand who is he. 🙏🏽 All personnel in the whole hotel, all people at the front desk were friendly, gave us drinks, chargers etc. Additionally, want to mention Olivia. She was in touch with us right from the moment when we made our booking, she reached us. Despite the fact, that we could only arrange one-way pick up or dropoff, Olivia arranged both for us, as our dropoff railway station was a bit far. We had a wonderful stay in this guesthouse during our family trip to Shanghai. The guesthouse was very beautiful and clean. The decoration was the same as shown in the photos. The facilities were good. Toiletries and slippers were provided. Plastic covers for the bath tub were provided, so that the guests could enjoy the bath in a hygiene way. There was a laundry area where guests can wash and dry their clothes. The guesthouse provided delicious breakfast and sold drinks in a very reasonable price. Our kids had lots of fun at the slide and the kids pool! The guesthouse is 20 mins from the airport, 8 mins from Shanghai Disneyland and 15 mins from the wildlife park. The hosts and staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, they provided shuttle service to Shanghai Disneyland and gave us lots of tips in travelling around Shanghai. We will definitely choose this guesthouse in our next visit to Shanghai. We highly recommend this guesthouse to tourists and families who love to stay in a warm, quiet and relaxing place out of the busy area of Shanghai.

The appart was in a good location close to many supermarkets, shopping malls, Nanjing pedestrian road it had an amazing view to the Bund We actually enjoyed staying there and the owners were very friendly and helpful

We travelled as a family with 2 kids, the apartment was more than enough for us, the location was great, metro station in the next building.
