The biggest issue is language constraint. No one in the facility knows to speak in English. It took more than 15 minutes on the road, outside the the main gate standing in RAIN - just because no one understands English language and I cannot speak french. It is also an issue from BOOKING.COM - they should start adding the status which hotel / apartment receiption supports multilanguages
