The terrace overlooking the ocean was such a great addition, and the apartment was super comfortable and clean. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Very close to the boardwalk and beach clubs too.

Wonderful host. Convenient parking for a small car. Beautiful, expansive views of Hvar and the harbor. New and clean. Perfect for one or two. On top of the old town.

Villa Porta Maestra was the best apartment we have ever rented. It was lovely. The sofa and chairs were beautiful and very comfortable as were the beds. We were very appreciative of the Nespresso coffee machine (our favorites at each of our homes). We didn't cook, but bought Croatian cheeses and meats for a few dinners. The views from the windows were breathtaking. No matter which window we looked from had a perfect view. Stefani went out of her way to help us get our bags up to the apartment and went with my husband to park the car, as the apartment was in a car free area. She also insisted that she help us with our bags on our return to the car. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Porta Maestra. Hvar is a beautiful city and we really enjoyed our walks and very good restaurants.

Collected the keys at the property from Irma, who was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations for beaches and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the port and plenty of beaches close. Supermarket 2 minute walk away. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hvar 5⭐️

מקום האירוח Brand new apt W balcony & perfect seaview at center כולל יחידות אירוח ממוזגות במרכז חוואר, במרחק של פחות מק"מ אחד מחוף המנזר הפרנציסקני, 600 מ' מנמל הוואר ו-400 מ' מSt. The views were stunning and location was perfect, super central in Hvar town but tucked away from the business. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the property however but the views make it worth it. The apartment had everything you need, with a small kitchen to be able to prepare food, as well as a shared washing machine (great for if you’re traveling for a while). Mara the host was really helpful and great on communication. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

The host Rose was absolutely brilliant. Never had a better experience in terms of how the host took care of us with recommendation, clear directions and helped us shaping our holiday according to our needs. This attention to details is such a rarity to find. The place was very nice and clean, and the position just outside the old town was amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough. Rose thank you again!
