We arrived late and they were super flexible allowing a self check in even after the check in closed. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing resort, with such an amazing three houses. Great facilities, amazing pilates class, and balinese massage as well. The staff was truly helpful during our stay and really kind! Restaurant was good, mostly Western kind of food with Asian twist. It was delicious! During the night, the whole area looked amazing. We loved staying here! Highly recommend.

First off, the free chauffeur service was a lifesaver. Made getting around Uluwatu super easy without having to deal with renting scooters or taxis. The food? Absolutely delicious. Whether we ordered to our room or by the pool, everything was spot on. What really made our stay stress-free was how the hotel staff handled everything. They booked us a dinner at a fantastic restaurant and the spa without us having to worry about a thing. And I've got to give it up for the staff—truly amazing. Friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make sure my wife’s birthday was special. Big thanks to them for making our stay memorable!

The property was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious and well designed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. What made the difference for me was the staff and service they provided. Even before arrival the team provided recommendations and locations to visit. Very customer service orientated and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super yummy as well! Location was very central!

This was our second time at the Renaissance. The Hotel has a centric and quiet location. The room is clean and confortable. The Breakfast buffet is exceptional. There are 3 pools and a childrens pool, so there is enough space for everyone. There are 3 restaurants, all of them with a very nice variety of food, excellent quality and the food is delicious and fresh. The gym is more tgan enough and most of the time there is space. What makes this place so special for us, are the whole team, they are like family, always warm, friendly and very welcoming. Thank You to the Renaissance Team, you do an exceptional job. Negative We asked at the upper bar and at the reception (we did not know this two employees and they were the only two unfriendly persons, we talked to), if we could buy some bottles of water for the room and the unfriendly and unflexible answer was just: "no, maybe at the supermarket". We got four bottles of water in the room, everytime when the room was cleaned, but as it was not necessary to get the room cleaned everyday, we just did not get the water. So we went out to buy the water from the supermarket.

Booked last minute but surpasses our expectations. Staff were super lovely, room - they thought of everything including making up your own cocktails. Loved all the recycling concept!
