Mona, the manager, called me several times with instructions and was ever so friendly and patient with all my questions. I will definitely go back.

No other place could be better than Saladin Boutique Hotel in old Jerusalem. If you happen to have a room with a balcony it’s even better. Then you can watch the lively street below you. We highly recommend this place. We specially liked to go to the roof to enjoy the view of the Dom of the Rock at various times of the day.

The location is perfect to explore the Old City and there is a wonderful rooftop terrace to sit at plus ample seating to dine outside. I was very pleased that the property also had a fridge, kettle and microwave which meant i could store food and have early morning drinks! The staff are super friendly and helpful and they are attentive to individual needs. There are also 2 living rooms so there is lots of space to sit, work, eat from. Overall i really enjoyed my stay and when i am back i'd love to stay there again!
